Privacy notice and data protection

Data we process and why

When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, the name, phone number, stay dates and number of guests you share are processed to answer your reservation request and plan your stay. During your stay, your identity details are recorded and reported to the competent authorities as required by Identity Notification Law No. 1774.

Website

The availability form does not store your details on any server; it simply prepares a WhatsApp message on your device, and it is up to you whether to send it. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A cookie-free statistics service that does not identify individuals may be used to count visits. The map is loaded from Google only when you tap "Show Map".

The Klas Assistant on this site gives ready-made answers to common questions on your device; nothing you type is sent to a server or stored. If you choose to pass a question on to WhatsApp, the message opens in WhatsApp only with your approval.

Sharing of data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. The platform's own privacy terms also apply to WhatsApp conversations.

Your rights

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (including the right to learn whether your data is processed, and to have it corrected or deleted), call +90 536 492 22 54 or write to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
